Wordbricks, Inc. ("Wordbricks," "we," "us," or "our") is a technology company that builds TypoClaw — a personal AI assistant that runs entirely in your browser. TypoClaw helps you chat, automate tasks, and browse smarter with on-device AI. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TypoClaw, including our website, Chrome extension, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, please notify us immediately at support@typoclaw.app.

3. Using Our Services

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity
• Attack, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Distribute malware or engage in deceptive practices
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, or build competing AI models using our outputs
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means without our prior written consent

4. AI & Automations

TypoClaw uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and perform browser automations. AI can make mistakes. You should review all AI-generated outputs before relying on them for any critical purpose. Actions performed by TypoClaw on your behalf — including browser automations — are ultimately your responsibility. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

5. Fees

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wordbricks, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Legal Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wordbricks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
